This year’s Men and Boys Campout was a blast, with over 80 men and boys showing up for a great time together. The weather during the day was perfect, staying in the 70s, but when night hit, it dropped down into the high 40s—definitely a little chilly! Even with the cold nights, the camaraderie around the campfires made it all worth it.

One of the best parts was gathering around the fire as Bro. Rowell led us in some old familiar songs. There’s something about singing together under the stars that just feels right—especially when you’re surrounded by good company.

Saturday’s lunch was awesome! We had steak, homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob, potato salad, rolls, and cookie platters. Huge thanks to Bro Jake Martin, Bro Cruz, Bro Lomeli, and Bro Rowell for making that delicious meal happen.

Overall, it was just so nice to relax, breathe in some fresh air, and hang out with our brothers. It’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of life, but weekends like this remind us how important it is to slow down and enjoy the simple things. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year!
