Bible Quiz Tournament | Feb 21 & 22, 2025

On February 21 & 22, our Bible Quizzing Teams traveled to Fresno to participate in Truth
Tabernacle’s first Bible Quizzing Competition of the year. Fifty-two teams participated in the
tournament, including six from Rialto. The Junior Division was composed of two teams from
Rialto, including Rialto One, which was composed of Daxon Reighard, Kenley Coggins, Marilyn
Booker, Abigail Ramirez, and Ellison Stevens, and Rialto Two, which was composed of Dawson
Booker, Alex Santiago, Victor Molina, Kristin Dillion.  The Intermediate Division was composed
of Rialto One, which was composed of Christopher Santiago, Zane Dillon, Cody Arnett, Devin
Serna, and Josh Cruz. Rialto Two was composed of Andrew Cruz, Landry Booker, and Anthony
Lopez, and Rialto Three was composed of Joel Ceballos, Abigail Santana, Troy Stevens, and
Lizette Stevens.  The Experienced Division comprises one team: Payton Booker, Isaiah Vargas,
Wyatt Dillon, and Sebastian Echevarria.

Our teams quizzed extremely well.  Rialto One in the Junior Division lost its first game before
fighting back and missing the trophy round.  Rialto Two from the Junior Division placed fifth
place, and Alex Santiago was the 3rd Highest Scorer in the tournament, averaging 97 points and
quizzing out in three games.  Rialto One and Rialto Three in the Intermediate Division quizzed
well.  Zane Dillon, who was on Rialto One, quizzed out once.  Rialto Two in the Intermediate
Division quizzed exceptionally well. They had to win a game to go to the Championship round.
Landry Booker quizzed out in that game, and Anthony Lopez answered the final question to
clinch the win and send them to the championship game.   Our Rialto Team in the Experienced
Division quizzed extremely well and placed second, with Peyton Booker placing 5th on the All-
Tournament team with an average of 42.5 points per game.

We are proud of our quizzers’ efforts and appreciate the efforts of all the coaches and
chaperones who attended. A special thank you to Bro. Tirado, who drove the shuttle full of
exuberant quizzers.
